How to Contact Us
If you want to contact us, we offer you many possibilities to do so, so that you can decide what is most convenient for you. These are the different ways that you can choose from:
Use our Contact Form:
This is basically the same as writing an email. Please go to our Contact Form, fill in all the necessary information (you have to provide a valid email address) and click on "Send!". When the transmission of your message is complete, you will be directed to a "Thank You" page, so that you know we received your message.
Call or send a fax:
You can call us any time during our New Delhi office hours (see below), or send a fax 24/7. The number for both telephone and fax is: +91-(0)11-41752064. Please check the applicable rates with your phone carrier.
Use instant messaging:
We offer you to use your favourite instant messenger program to chat with us in real-time during our office hours (see below). You can choose one of these instant messengers: Skype, Yahoo Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger, ICQ, Google Talk and MSN. In the contact box on the right side of every page you will find a link that says: "Instant messaging options". If you move your mouse over that link, a list will appear with icons of all the instant messaging protocols we support. If the icons are grey or pale yellow that indicates that it is not our office hours right now and we are not online. If the icons are green or bright yellow that indicates that we are online and waiting for you to chat with us.
In case you don't have any instant messenger software installed on your computer, or if you are browsing our website from a public terminal, you can still use MSN even without signing up before. Just click the MSN icon and solve the captcha puzzle (that means: identify the letters/numbers you are presented and enter them in the text box). You can now chat with us, free of charge, and without the need to sign up anywhere.
Our office hours:
If you choose to speak or chat with us directly, please note the office hours of our office in New Delhi, which are as following (the times given are in Indian Standard Time / IST, which is GMT+4.5hrs / +3.5hrs, depending on summer / winter time):
Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm
